The applicant suffered a dashboard injury to his knee and mild nerve damage to his upper body as a result of a Motor Vehicle Accident. Following a four week trial a jury awarded the applicant $382,524.00 in damages.

The applicant was involved in an automobile accident on February 17, 2016.
